Did anyone else notice that when william and harry arrived at the memorial service for diana, they didn't even wave at the crowd when the crowd cheered for them. At least the queen waved to show appreciation but those two just got out of the car with their noses in the air and walked straight up the stairs without even appreciating the large number of people who were standing outside to support them. So they obviously didn't care about the commoners who were there to cheer them on so why do people care about them so much??? They are nothing like diana who would have showed interest in the public.

  1. Stop banging on about all this 'saint' Diana rubbish! Man, you turn her into some kind of extraordinary human being that not even her sons can measure up to. Enough already. She wasn't all that caring about other people and her public and the media were just fodder for her to play to. Don't get so caught up in all that drivel that Andrew Morton wrote.

  2. Well, honestly - why do people care about the "Royal Family" anyway. They are just "people" who are given a free ride, at the expense of the average person - simply because of their blood-line. They are not intellectual giants, few have made a significant impact on society, nor are they known for their incredible leadership - so why do you expect anything from them? Diana was a very wealthy person who chose to use her fame to shed light on the plight of suffering people in the world. Very good for her, but she did it because she did not have to work for a living, and I think many of us would be more charitable and noble if born into similar circumstances.

  3. They are going to a memorial service for their mother, it has nothing to do with the crowd. Also they were cheering, how would you feel if you went to a memorial service for a dead relative and saw a load of people outside cheering?

  4. It could have been that they expressely asked people NOT to turn up to the memorial service.

  5. It was NOT about them waving to the crowd to gain YOUR approval .. It was a sobre occassion where the foccus was intended to be about the memory of their mother ,,,,,,

had it been a happy occassion .. I am sure they would have waved.. JUST to make you happy.

  6. Did it ever occur to you that these two young men were mourning their mother and didn't take any notice of anyone around them? Do you think it is easy to be in the spotlight all the time? This was a time to remember THEIR mother. Do you think they might have been trying very hard not to get too emotional and that is why they couldn't even look at the crowd.

The Queen has been doing this for much much longer - and probably doesn't have the same emotional connection to Diana as her sons do.

    Give them a break!

  7. they dont care, the people dont care, the world doesn't care. AND WHY SHOULD THEY?

  8. Stop being so hard on them. It was after all a memorial service and not a red carpet affair.

  9. who cares.they sure did enjoy themselves at the concert for diana.i guess at the memorial service they had to act like snobs.

  10. they must have been too sad thinking of the loss of their Mother

  11. It was a memorial service for their dead Mum, not a fu*king pop concert you tw*t.

How happy and gratefull to be there do you expect them to be?

It wasn't put on for your benefit, it was for theirs and as much as I have no time for Royalty I think they did what anyone would have, or should have done in the circumstances and acted out of respect for the occasion, not idiots like you!!

    rant over...

  12. You go to your mothers funeral and see if you have what it takes to pay attention to what is going on around you. The queen couldn't care less about where she was or whose funeral it was. She was already done with Diana. Quite frankly even though she never approved of Camilla I don't think she ever really liked Diana either. She's a snob that doesn't care about anything but how she looks to her followers. The boys however, were thinking of their mother, NOT the people that were outside. I know if it was me, I wouldn't either.

  13. idk i think it was just a sad thing to remember

she was their mother after all...

  14. I don't think that is the reason. I think that they found out that their grandmother had Diana killed and that all of her posturing and fawning to the public was just a facade to cover up Elizabitch's hatred of Diana. In my opinion, the same was true of Charlieboy too. I mean when you look at the original film of Charlie and the boys following her(Diana's casket) Charlie doesn't look to broken up about it, does he?

  15. Yes i think your right. I don't think they needed to be happy but they could have at least waved to show some appreciation to the crowd that had gathered outside the church, they are obviously a bunch of s****. inbred twats who are just going to end up spending the publics taxes and end of story.

  16. Did you ever think that they are coping the best way they know how , and just because they didn't wave doesn't mean they didn't appreciate the commoners being there . This wasn't a wedding or a gala event . This was a tribute to their Mother who they lost at a young age. The Queen couldn't have cared less , she was envious of Diana, Also in a memorial event , it is bad manners to wave . So poor you , wa! And those two young men are like their Mother , Thank God .

  17. They were there for a somber event. If it were say a happy event, then they probably would wave. But not a memorial service for their mother who died suddenly and tragically like she did. You can tell it still affects them tremendously and under the circumstances I wouldn't wave either.

  18. Yes i agree with you, they are a bunch of losers and people who have time to sit on their fat a** and drool over them obviously need to get a d**n life!

  19. They were there to honour their mother, not to meet and greet with the public. If there's any indication that they do care about the public it was the awesome concert they held earlier this summer. That was the time for the public to share in Diana's commemoration and they made sure there was such an event. Give two outstanding young men credit for all the great things they have done to remember their mum.

  20. I am sorry but what was your question again?

  21. Nope! Diana 'cared' only because she knew how to milk the public into believing she cared about them. If she REALLY did care, she would have given some of the £1.5 million a year she spent on clothes to that same public and not spend her time humping Cavalry Officers.

  22. They were at a memorial ceremony for their dead mother. It wasn't the time for a photo op! They'll have many other times to wave at crowds.

  23. I think their main focus was on the service ahead. After all...it was their mother!

  24. maybe because they where do sad,
