Princess Cruises Details?

Question

My Princess acount says that i have never been on a cruise before, but i have in 2006.

we are now ging to Alaska and i am worried that we arr going to get recognised as 'newbies'.

my daughter also signed up for a membership around the same time, but it says on hers that she has cruised before ( as she is now a gold member).

(we cruised on the same cruise)

please help,

if you cannot, is there a email i could contact Princess Cruises with as i cannot seem to find one, onle phone numbers.

HEY, I'm going on the Princess Alaska cruise too!!!

It's on the Coral Princess, leaving Anchorage on May 19th.

Oh, about your question.  Don't worry about it, it can be taken care of aboard the ship.  If you want to take care of it now,  go to Princess.com and click on the "contact us" link

Talk to your travel agent and give them the details of your 2006 cruise. You need the ship name, the sailing date, and the name you were booked as. Its even better if you have the old booking number, or a copy of the cruise documents.

The TA will be able to contact Princess to correct this for you.

If you booked direct, call the Reservations agents and have them fix it for you. While email is great for many things, There is nothing like immediate service by telephone.

Just call 1-800-Princess and talk to them. They are always very helpful.

I heard of this happening before on my last cruise with Princess and what they did was as soon as they got on the ship, they went to the pursers desk and they corrected it right there. They gave him the gold card then. Or you could call them and see what they say.
