Diana had been dining with her friend, Dodi Fayed,at The Ritz,in Paris. The paparazzi had been following them all day long.In order to escape the photographers,Fayed thought that using a chauffeur as a decoy would entice the photographers away;they would follow the decoy car and he and Diana could go on their way.Unfortunately,he sent his chauffeur out to be the decoy;Fayed used Henri Paul,the Head of Security at The Ritz as his replacement driver. Henri Paul had been drinking at the time;he had enough alcohol in his system to impair his abilities to control a powerful car.The car was chased by paparazzi(Fayed's plan failed) and crashed,killing Paul,Diana and Dodi.If only they had been wearing their seat belts like the bodyguard,Trevor Rees-Jones!They all may have survived.

At the time of her death, she was a divorced woman looking for Mr. Right.  She felt rejected by her husband, then met a foreign guy who for whatever reason, she fell head over heels in love with.  He let her behave like a fool and wait on him hand and foot and totally took advantage of her.  She was hoping for marriage. He was hoping for a good time. He got his.  She finally had to leave him. She met up with Dodi, notorious playboy, and started running with him in the hopes of forgetting about Charles and the other dude.  It worked!  She forgot everyone and went on to her eternal glorious home.  She and Dodi and some other guy were in the car wreck and now the other guy says he has amnesia and can't remember anything. How convenient!  The royal family smiles smugly from their playground and goes about their weird lives to this very day. Only now, Charles is married to his horse.

shes not dead it was staged, she had plastic surgery and nowlives in Slough, so that she can see the boys often as they pop over from Windsor.

I saw her in Tescos in Slough and she works as a receptionist in Travellodge.

she was in a car with Dodi Al Fayed and they were leaving from a hotel in paris(I think).  A paparazzi started to chase them and neither of the passengers wearing seat belts, so the car crashed in the tunnel and she had a severe brain damage and they couldn't save her.This happened around August 31, 1997
