Monmore will host the Truframe Greyhound Stud Book Trophy 2012 Heat 2 over 480 metres flat on Thursday, 31st May. Taking part in the contest are Penrhiw Guto, Fozzie Onedog, Princess Madison, Wheelers Whisper, Cerrise and Go Go Sonic. The prize money set for the race is £175.
One of the most competent entries for the race is Princess Madison, Droopys Maldini’s three-year-old blue daughter out of b***h, Archers Sparkler. She rolled into the new season on 2nd January and struck a hat trick straight away.
She won the Grade A1 Hall Green Bags It Runners Up Stakes on 2nd January at Hall Green over 480 metres by making the trip to the other end of the wire in 29.26 seconds. The 5/2 favourite of the race led the runner up, Klockwork Krai, by 5 ¼ lengths.
She then claimed the Grade A1 Webster Classic on 14th January at Hall Green over 480 metres. The 9/4 favourite winner was done racing in 28.78 seconds and led the runner up, Supreme Chalkie, by just half a length.
The runner up timed the track distance in 28.82 seconds.
Princess Madison’s third career start and final leg of the hat trick was in a 258 metres race at Hall Green on 6th April by racing across the wire in 15.50 seconds and leading the runner up, Supreme Johnson, by one and a half lengths.
She missed the next three races, two with a second score and the third one by ending fifth.
She won a fourth time during the new season on 5th May at Hall Green in the Grade A1 Direct Response Security Systems Cup over 480 metres. She completed the trip in 28.85 seconds and led the runner up, Monaghan Jack, by ¾ of a length.
The 5/2 favourite of the race, Money Ball, ended fourth.
The last time that she struck a race till yet was on 18th May in a Grade A1 480 metres flat at Hall Green. She was done racing in 28.80 seconds and enjoyed the lead of two lengths.
Finishing the closest to her after racing for 28.96 seconds was Supreme Chalkie.
She has the highest of chances to capture the race tonight.
