  1. Anne, daughter of Queen Elizabeth II, is the highest ranking princess of the blood.  Her title is Princess Royal.  The highest ranking princess is The Duchess of Cornwall because she is technically the Princess of Wales (i.e. wife to the heir of the throne).

  2. There is no one 'princess of England'.  There is a Queen of England who is the head of state and then various relatives of hers, namely her cousins, daughter (Princess Anne) and some of her grandaughters (Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie) who are princesses.

And please don't listen to Old Lady.  She is talking about the 'position' of Princess of Wales, despite the fact that England and Wales are two separate countries...!

  3. Camilla, who is the wife of Charles, the Prince of Wales, so she is Princess of Wales.

  4. anne

    margaret of kent

  5. A note to "Old Lady" - To help clarify the title of Camilla Parker Bowles; she does not use the title "Princess of Wales".  She is entitled, as wife of the Charles, Prince of Wales, to use the title but she chooses not to.  Probably because it remains so closely associated with the late Diana, Princess of Wales.

Her official title, at this time, is:  Her Royal Highness the Duchess of Cornwall.

To answer the question.  England's living princesses are:  Princess Anne, Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie.  They are not "Pricess of England" though.

  6. I believe that Camilla may rightly be addressed as Princess Charles of Wales but has instead chosen (or it has been chosen for her ) to be styled Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

  7. there is no princess of england the queen is elizabeth the second and there are a few princes though i think it goes  prince charles, prince william then prince harry and then a few others the next princess is 5th in line and that is princess beatrice

  8. The title of "Princess of England" has long been abandoned along with "Queen of England" since the beginning of the 17th century. The United Kingdom combines all of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland so therefore, Queen Elizabeth II is known as "Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom." The use of the title of Princess of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland is entirely at the will of the Sovereign, and so far, the last princess that was bestowed upon such a title was Her Royal Highness Princess Beatrice, the youngest daughter of Queen Victoria.

Note: Queen Elizabeth II's only daughter is titled and styled as "Her Royal Highness, The Princess Anne, Princess Royal. However, she does not hold the title of "Princess of the United Kingdom", and neither does any of the Queen's granddaughters which both includes Princess Beatrice and Eugenie. This title is still up for grabs!

  9. Besides the Princess Royal, the wives of Charles and Edward are princesses, even though they go by Duchess and Countess.

Also, there are the wives of the queens cousins, the duke of Gloucester and the Kent Brothers.  Plus the Kent Sister, Princess Alexandra.  In line to the throne above the Princess Royal is Princesses Beatrice, Eugenie and "Lady" Louise, though because her father, Prince Edward is the child of a monarch, she may be styled a princess.

  10. theres no princess of england
