Print head problems.?

Question

"the type of print head is incorrect, install the correct print head."

It's a canon mp830 and it worked fine last time I used it. I haven't messed with anything, nor changed anything at all. I'm pretty darn sure my family hasn't either. So if it worked before, why would it say the print head is wrong now? Also, what do I need to do to fix it?

the cartridge has gone faulty, take it back and get it checked out. If it is ok then you will need your printer looked at.

Hmm. It seems that the printhead is faulty, so that printer misrecognize it. Be aware of this. It's usually caused by short circuitry, most potentially harm carriage part & printer board. I recommend you to contact nearest service center
