I have doubt what is this Appointment letter that I have to print and take to US consulate for interview

Is the forms like DS 156

DS 157 ..?

or

Anything other than this

Once you have paid the non-refundable application fee and made an appointment for your interview, you should print out the details of your appointment to take with you to show at the front gate of the embassy/consulate.

You can't have appointment without submitting your  visa application . The US embassy  sending you an appointment letter  once  they have available schedule for your interview.

Don't get confuse DS-156 is different form, you can fill up it now. You have to pay these form in their designated bank in your country.

Appointment letter is a very  formal letter from US embassy  or Consulate same as business letter format.
