Printer Jamming with too much paper

Question

When trying to print the printer pushes every sheet in the tray through at one time thus causing a paper jam. I have tried limited the paper I put in, it still pushes all through and jams. I have cleaned the printer wheels and made sure no pieces of paper left in there...still the same problem..I called Dell and of course they wouldn't give me the time of day without an costing me! The only way I can print with this printer is pushing 1 sheet through at a time. Please can someone help!
