Um yeah...

The power button on my printer has broken

Is there another Way to turn it on?

dont just stuff your finger i any whole on any electrical item even if it runs off a power supply, if you really have to turn it on via a hole in the case please use a non conductive plastic or a biro plastic of course.

Have you checked your connections. Is it plugged into a live outlet ?

Is there a reset button on it

If it will not turn on, you may need to have it repaired

Good question! And yes, pop-out the button and push what it pushes. And if that does not work it got stuck and you will need a new printer. They are cheap now anyway... http://www.mymediatutorials.com/
