Question:

Printer will not grab paper

I have an HP 2570 printer that will only grab one piece of paper at a time. If the paper tray is filled with paper the machine will not grab the next sheet of paper and the machine indicates it is out of paper. I have tried to clean the rollers but no luck. How difficult is it to take apart the printer and really clean or replace the rollers?
