Printing on CD with Cannon ip4300

Question

I am trying to print directly onto disk on Cannon ip4300,

but on installing of the software I get an error message 
about the middle tray is open. 

The middle tray has to be open to hold the CD in the F tray.

What is the solution.
The printer prints as normal on paper.
but not on CD's using the F tray.

The software alludes to changing options
that are not presented on the page setup?
