Printing problem. when i have the card ready to print i click print then i click ok so it can

when i have the card ready to print i click print then i click ok so it can print the small printing window disappear but it doesn't print i used to use it in window xp now im try to do it in windows but doesn't print and i try in windows xp again and is not working either . what could be the problem ? any driver ? update ?
