Prision pre school play worker?

I have got a job interview tommorw as a pre school prision play worker can anybody keep me any help or advice

Hi I did this job for nearly a year-its an amazing job and you'll love it :)

-Be very professional-keep opinions to yourself-you will be working in a place where there may be paedo's, rapists etc and you need to be able to treat them the same as anyone when you're at work!

-Ask lots of questions-shows you're interested-eg: what sort of prison is this, how many prisoners etc etc. If possible ask to be shown around.

-Dont where anything to revealing else you put yourself at risk of annoying comments by prisoners!

-Take your certificates with you and ID such as birth certificate, driving license, passport as you need them to get in and they will need them if you get the job.

-Tell them your experiences of play-they arent neccessarily interested in education as you are there to amuse the children whilst families chat!

-Show you are able to be confidentual-if you are talking about experience do not mention names or details-if you mention them they may think you'll talk to others about prison business too!

-Dress smartly! You need to be able to be professional and get respect.

-

Be very sure this is what you want-you will be working with children from a difficult background in a place full of different emotions! You will need to be very professional and be able to be commandful---its very daunting taking a child back to their parent for a time out as often the parent isnt too pleased about it :)

Go in with a small on your face and look happy to be at the interview.  Let everyone see that you are friendly.  If you meet anychildren while you are there interact with them so that they see you like kids.  Dress for the occasion.  I would go in very professional.  I am not sure what the dress code for their employees are but make sure that you are dressed at least as good as their current employees.  I wiould recomend a dress pants suit or a skirt and nice shirt.  Make sure you look your best ofen times emoployeers judge you by your apparance.
