Private messages...not anymore! or still private?

I was on my skool website: http://www.broward.k12.fl.us/sunrisemiddle/

were as if u look on the top u c green buttons. if u click on guest book, and veiw it, look down and u'll c a private message. I clicked on it and it brought me 2 ultraguest.com

i made an account there too so i can veiw that private message but idk y it dioesn't work
