Prize Rebel is a Scam?

Question

I got 13 points and used 10 of it for a nexon game card. It still says it's pending and it has been a full day. Do they check if I used false information? Will they notify me if they decline? Does this even work?

It seems that somebody is hard at work protecting Prize Rebel, because questions asking about their tactics or criticizing them get deleted. I hope Yahoo isn't collaborating with the likes of shady scam artists like Prize Rebel?!?!
