I would offer whatever help and resources you might need for you and your baby, and do my best to be there for you. I would make sure you were aware that no matter how difficult your situation was, and how scared and confused you were, you were still not alone, and there is lots of help out there for both you and your baby.

I would give you information on fetal development and try to refer you to a center that could provide a free ultrasound, and I would inform you of how abortions are performed, what the risks are to you, and what is really done to your baby during the procedure.

I would hope that being supportive and compassionate, and offering you truth and resources would cause you to realize that there are other options, and allow you to give your baby a chance to live and do what is right for both of you.

I would simply ask, " does your mother know you are doing this?" and if she answered yes, i would continue, "How 'bout your dad, does he know where you are going and for what?" again, if she answered yes I would go on to ask," How bout your priest or minister, is he aware of this?" and if she said yes again, "How about the father of this doomed child, did he have a say in this?" and if yet another yes was made I would ask, " Are you on any mind altering drugs including alcohol?" and again if she said yes I would continue, "Are you aware that the clinic is 15 minutes from here, and it closes in 5?"  No more questions.

i would ask if i could speak to you. if you gave me the chance then i would basically ask you why you were going to have an abortion. yes i would try to talk you out of it. but i know that ultimately it would be your choice if you went.

we prolifers know we cannot win every situation. that there is always a 50 percent chance that an abortion will happen.

we are not all raving loons who blow up clinics and sniper abortion doctors. Unfortunately that is all anyone sees on the news.

No one ever seen the peacful protests and counceling, and the quiet praying out side the clinics..

no of course not. I have seen it...there is an abortion clinic in the town i live in.

but the questions you ask bunnie...it almost seems like you relish in the fact you can kill and unborn child.

Rio and others like Baba are prochoice...and im sure they dont think its a big thrill to get an abortion. and im sure those who have had abortion and are still prochoice coudl attest to the fact it wsa no picnic.

Cassius is proabortion...but even he doesnt sound like he thinks its a blast to get an abortion. he just thinks the cesspools of society shouldnt have kids.

I wouldn't.  

I'd like to see the norms of society change so that having an abortion because it's just not a convenient time for a baby is not a normal thing to do.  I wish people would be more careful about birth control and I wish people would be more sympathetic and supportive when birth control fails and somebody has an unplanned pregnancy.  I wish there weren't deadbeat dads and abusive boyfriends to make this harder.

I don't know you, I don't know your story, and I don't harass people anyway.  I just wish things could be different.

Is there really a point to this question? Is it not just a thinly veiled insult of Pro Lifers? First if it is the US, the Law says you have the right. And I do not want to intrude in the private lives of folks. What is causing Women to reduce their abortions has been Medical Imaging Technology more than anything else. The Pro Life movement's Leaders are complaining that they are lacking New Recruits.

Gee what a shock. Most Americans do not want to intrude in what they believe to be a private matter. What Feminists fail to realize that will be the payback they cannot avoid is this.

Feminists aborted the payers into the Social Security system. And they will be assured of no retirement as a result. There is not enough people to pay into the system to make it viable. The Demographics shows it will go bust as a result.

So Bunnie rant on. I do not see these postings truly changing anybody's views.
