  1. sure...rick mccrank is from canada and hes pretty big cause hes on the lakai skateboarding team, the girl skateboard team, and i think eS footwear too..

  2. it doesnt matter where your from,as long you try hard and dont forget to have fun9thats the biggets part of getting better at skateboaridng, have fun!).if you have any questions about skateboaridng or need help you can email me at richard.kennard@yahoo.com , ive been skateboarding for a long time and i also teach people to skate so i could probably help you

  3. Anyone has the chance of earning the fame and success at skateboarding.  It is a very small chance however.  There are over 15 million skateboarders in the US alone, and out of that there are only about 60 who make their living from skating.  If you get to a point where skateboarding pays for itself, that;s good.  If you make a little money, that's great.

Not only does it take the talent to turn pro, it takes even more steez.

The best advice I can give you is to go out and have fun.  Skate for no other reason than to be on a skateboard

  4. ahaha if you havent started yet get a beginner board, like a homegrown or a plan b...

dont go to west 49 for advice...go to a local skate shop, try cruizin first, the do some heel grabs, master the ollie, and move on to ramps, as long as you have good footing, and go to demo's, someone will discover you.

  5. yes... i think u can. if ur good enuf u could get a sponser and maybe participate in the x games

u should watch the x games from now on... there's ppl from practically all over the world

good luck if u wanna pursue it as a career

  6. I don't know about Canada, but my son is sponsored by a company in the USA. He was sponsored by Deafskateboards.com and now he's sponsored by Swollen. Send your video into as many companies as you can think of and if you're good enough, you'll get sponsored........ thats where it all starts, Kiddo! GOOD LUCK and don't break anything!

  7. depends on your skills if they are good but not the best if you keep training its possible!!!!!!
