What should I do to become a professional wrestler? I currently live in Sydney, I'm 15 and work out at a gym (I've been going a lot lately) I want to start going to a pro wrestling school which is located about an hours drive away from my home. Do you have any advice what I should do next? How long should I go for until I can relocate to the U.S and join an Independent Circuit or Promotion? Is there a minimum of training I need before I can join one?

I'm a girl so i don't know 2 much, but I recommend getting into some protein shakes. You can get them at any supplement shop, like The Supplement Den. Try having them after a work-out, cos they will help your muscles to recover faster.

But check dis out from Wiki:

While adequate protein is required for building skeletal muscle and other tissues, there is ongoing debate regarding the use and necessity of high protein diets in weight training and bodybuilding. Various sources advise people to consume anywhere from 0.6 to 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight per day (1.4–3.3g per kg).

So I dunno but my dad has alot of shakes and his muscles are rock hard, and the shakes helped him build them up really quick. I dunno if your age has anything to do with it, so you might wana talk to your doctor before you start having protein shakes or any other supplements.

Apart from that, buy some weights for home and do weights everyday. Also see if you can get a personal trainer to help you get sorted with the best weights routine. Keep eating ALOT but dont get fat, you wanna try to lose fat and gain muscle, so do some research or talk to the doctor bout the best diet for building muscle. and talk to your parents about going to pro wrestling school, it sounds awsom and you'll get some more contacts and a better idea about the whole industry.

Hope dis helped and good luck with it;)

  3. I'm positive that any 'wrestling' school you attend will answer all these questions.  Keep in mind that becoming a well paid and well known wrestler will require great acting and physical talent.  I don't think being 'muscular' is good enough.  You have to be limber, and very athletic, also very attentive to your body and mind.  It's not only an acting job, but also an athletic one. Good luck!

  4. testicles that is all
