  1. Underhand

    Pros-

    Easy to learn

    Cons-

Very easy for the other team to hit back too

In Colleges and club teams (most high schools) it isn't                                 aloud

    Overhand

    Pros-

Very effective and hard for the other team to hit back

You need to know it to jump serve

    Cons-

Harder to learn and requires alot of strength

  2. well overhand has virtually no cons, but underhand serving is easier for the other team to hit back because it lacks that essential speed.

  3. Okay

Pros of underhand: easier to get over (that's about it)

Cons: Easy for other team to set up, Not much direction

Pros Of overhand: Harder for other team to hit, you can spot serve

Cons of underhand: You ahve to build up your arm strenght to get it over

  4. underhand- easier for the other team to hit back

    overhead- no cons about it

*my vball coach wont let us serve underhand

its just a waste of time

  5. underhand.... easy to do, easy for the other team to get, easier to aim..... but you can do a harder underhand serve called the "around the house" but that is really hard.

normaly underhand is for people who are learning

over hand.. harder to reseve. still east to aim.. a little harder to do. jus practice

i know my freshmen year in hs, i had to serve over hand.... jv they SOMETIMES let you do underhand,. but var, nope....

    GOOD LUCK

  6. underhand pros: very consistent, a skill thats always in the back of your head, sticks with you, a nice easy serve

underhand cons: easy for the other team to hit like really easy

overhand pros: overhand is harder to hit, more powerful, and hard to dig for if you serve it well

overhand cons: if you s***w up your toss or your concentration you've pretty much just screwed up the serve lol also if you swing too hard it could go out, or even just out of control

    hope i could help =]
