Pro cons the existence of royal ceremony (especially in British) nowadays??

what are the pros and cons in (still) having those ceremony?

Is it relevant to (still) have a royal ceremony (especially in British) nowadays?

don't u think it causes alot of money wasting?

don't u think it is too old to be done nowadays?

Does/doesn't royal ceremony (especially in British) (still) give any advantages to people nowadays???

i'm still finding anybody who can help me doing my paper, "how do British view their royal ceremony?" so i need to take surveys to whoever (especially British) people's opinion (especially to those who disagree with the existence of royal ceremony)

also, if there are sites/articles that had already talked about this topic, please tell me!

Ps: this is for all kinds of royal ceremony in British!

  1. I find the royal family an embarrassment now...but they sell newspapers...and make money for the fat cats...


  2. The British are very protective of their traditions, and the Royal family is one of their most revered traditions.

    My daughter, who is a U.S. citizen, is married to a Brit. He does not always agree with parliamentary decisions, but he has said he will always be loyal to Britain and the monarchy.

    Indians, Irish, Scots, Africans,  and other tribal/clannish people revere their history, and have an understanding of the respect and ceremony the English have for their Royal family.

    The American political system has determined that our president is voted into office every four years. Millions, billions of dollars are spent by candidates who vie for the office of President of the United States.  I think a lot of money is wasted on this process--money that could be spent on taking care of children and families who are living on the street, in abandoned cars, in cardboard boxes.
