Is it possible to become professional footbal player if its started to play only being 15 years old?

Sure, I can't think of any examples off the top of my head. But, if you have the natural ability  and work ethic. But, remember only .5% of all people playing in high school football will ever make it. That is one guy from every 2-3 large teams.  I actually know several guys that have made it to the NFL and most players only last one or two seasons at the league minimum of about 285,00 dollars. And some get cut before the season even starts.
