ProScan and DVD Video Player

I have a Proscan model PS 2015 I tried to install a (New) Toshiba DVD Video Player Model SD-400 and I get nothing. I tried it on a Panasonic TV and it worked. I do not have the manual for the ProScan so I can not find any information about installing the DVD. I also have been looking for a manual for the ProScan, but could not find any. If you know where I can get a Manual for the ProScan please let me know.
