Prob with USB

Hi,I got KOB [Intel] 810, 256 MB RAM, with internal USB Card. - Yr 2000Till date i din't use USB, and now currently its not working. some prob with the drivers. so i got new USB addon and now XP SP2 hangsup when it tries to install USB Enhanced Host Controller.... Hw do i go about this . help me
