  1. colds generally last 1-2 weeks.

I have found nothing that speeds up the healing process.

but I do tolerate it better in lots of humidity.

I like to use a humidifier or vaporizer, eat chicken noodle soup and drink hot tang with cinnamon.  My mom swears that Vicks reduces the severity of the cold.  She rubs it all over her throat and under her nostrils.

  2. It will last seven days if you see the doctor and one week if you don't.

Some people claim that zinc and Vitamin C shorten the length of colds.

Staying hydrated can make you more comfortable.

    All the best.

  3. Cold shouldn't last more than a week if you have been taking care of it.  Are you sure it is a cold or could it be allergies?  For a runny nose try a nose spray called "Ocean"  it is a non-addicting saline spray that clears up head colds quickly (also helps with allergies).  For sore throat try a mixture of honey and lime juice add a touch of warm water and drink it.  If that sounds too gross, use hot tea instead of water.  If youa re over 21, add some burbon.

  4. It can last for 3-14 days there is nothing you can to get rid of it but Zicam will help you get over it faster you can find it over the counter at wal-mart  or any drug store aslo zink helps that to is over the counter at any drug store

  5. It should last about 5 days and the only thing you could do to speed it up would be to get rest

  6. if it lasts more then 7 days, like a serious one, call the doc...

dont go in, colds are highly contagios and there are lots of people at the docs office with low immun systems caused by whatever go the to the docs office...

  7. should last a couple days

You should have alot of sleep.
