  1. It all depends on what the judge states in the conditions of the probation.  Usually no, you just have to be of good behaviour and check in with the probation officer every couple of weeks or answer the phone when he/she calls.  If the judge states that there are some conditions, and it could be that the person needs to be home every night by a certain time, then yes.  You must know the conditions first.

  2. It depends on the nature if the probation.  The judge will provide the details of your sentence..../

  3. I am assuming you are on probation from a criminal case. No, there will be no curfew, just stay out of trouble until your probation has ended.

  4. There is no universal answer.  A judge decides the conditions of probation and they are different in every case.  If the judge thinks that it is important to have a curfew to try to get you to stop committing crimes, then he will impose such a condition.

  5. no curfew, just keep a cell phone handy in case the PO needs to call you... and always answer...

  6. Yes there will be curfew.  And if you get caught out past curfew they can revoke your probation. Which means jail-time or longer on probation.

  7. Most of the time, there is no curfew set for an adult.  HOWEVER it does depend on 1)where you live 2)what you're on probation for.  For example, those who get arrested for a DUI may get a curfew (but there would be terms listing that the curfew could be extended for family events and work, etc).

Most likely, an 18 year old will not get a curfew, but stay out of trouble!  And like someone else also mentioned, remember to keep your phone on for your probation officer.

  8. Yes. Breaking the curfew in any manner by any body will be offence.

  9. what did you get in trouble for. i got caught smoking weed and i dont have a curfew. but my friend got in trouble for graffiti and he does. i dont know it just depends on the judge and what you did.
