Probation question, can i get fire?

Question

I'm on probation and my PO told me that i had to tell my supervisor about it but i'm affraid i can lose my job, now, if i tell them, (since my PO told me that he WILL call to let him know that i'm on probation) can they fire me???

If i don't want them to know, do they HAVE to know?

When he talks to my supervisor, how much information can he provide to him? (so i know what to tell him)
