Probelm with my viewsat ultra

well when i turn my box on it stay on for 5 min and then it will change from 0-5 and it will freeze and will not work untill i turn it off from the back and then back on it keep doin it when i turn it on.if u got a number that i can reach u at???if not then here is my number [phone] call anytime name is mr adams.
