Problam config N router with my wired network

Question

I am using wired network now I like to add a wireless N router my wired router IP is 172.21.0.5 the gateway is 172.21.0.1 and the range of my IP is 172.21.17.1 to 172.21.17.222 and proxy setting for my network is 10.0.0.20:80 how to congiger my router. I can access the router from my laptop but the internet is not working.

first of all, you should never tell people about your IP number.   i have almost same problem ( NO internet connection) with internet on my laptop; it's a GATEWAY. i think it the gateway have problem with the internet connection.  

what i did is changing location until find the SIGNAL ( pay attension to two mini pc flashing show that signal is working) or just plug the in the internet wire like u did to the NON-wireless.
