Problem Installing Olivetti ANY_WAY printer

Question

I have installed this printer as wireless on a desktop and three laptops without a problem. I am now trying to install it on my work laptop. When I put the install disk in it allows me to select the language and then the "Next" option but it then shows a message that there are 14 jobs in the print queue and I should wait for these to finish then rerun the install. I have checked and there are no documents waiting to print. Any ideas what causes this?
