Problem Installing ZSMC USB PC Camera (ZS211)

Question

I am trying to install ZSMC USB PC Camera (ZS211). When I tried
installing it in my Laptop (COMPAQ Presario V4000), i get message
Cannot Install this HArdware. There was a Probelm Installing this
hardware. ZSMC USB PC Camera (ZS211). An error Occurred during the
installation of the device. Access is denied.

The installtion process copied file to the System32. Butthe the end I get this message. I have Windows XP SP2 in my laptop.

I tried the same installation in my Desktop PC. It has Windows XP SP2. And It works perfectly fine in it.

Please help me find a solution
