Problem Nokia

My nokia 6280 has no coverage...it keeps dropping in and out with antenna coverage. I'm sure something is wrong with the antenna because when i have FULL coverage people still cant ring me. They get through after 5 or 6 tries if they are lucky. I'm in normal city area. No one else has problems around here. This has only just started. ive had the phone for 1 year 5 months
