Problem Running Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 Please Help?

Whenever I try to run Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 a message pops up saying "Your Graphics Hardware or drivers do not meet the minimum requirements to run this application." "This error has also been sent to Debug.log then it says to hit either ok or cancel and when i hit ok something pops up saying rct3plus has caused an error in RCT3PLUS.EXE. Rct3plus will now close. im sorry this is so long but i really need help with this i have directX9 but yet it wont work

ok  yeah u need windows:me,xp,vista(you have me so thats good)

u need atleast 200 MB(Hard drive)

and 30-60mb

windows me should have good enogh grapics

(i have rollor coaster tycoon 2 and 3)
