Problem With Inviting Person to Group in Facebook?

Ok, i made a group on facebook recently. I was inviting my friends to join. I found all of them but one person's name was not on the list where you can invite members. I went back and checked my friend list to see if he was still on there and he was. Why isn't he name on the list so i can invite him, and/or are there any ways to get around this issue?

it couls be that one of your friends has already joined the group its most likely to be a problem with the pc it happens to me too

Have a look at "Group Type", it's usually on the right hand side. One of the groups I belong to says this:

"This is an open group on the XXXXXX network. Anyone from XXXXXXXX can join and invite others from XXXXXXXX to join."

That means I can't invite any of my friends that aren't in the XXXXX network to join, their names won't show up at all. Maybe you have something similar. I blanked out the name of the network in case you couldn't tell ;)
