and i wanna know that what is the real meaning of " what's up?"

and what may be the answer of "what's up"

can i use it with gals also???

Gotta = got to, have to, have

Watcha = what do you, what are you...

What's up? = How's it going? How are you?

Ans. nothing, OK OK, etc.

Dude = guy, man, pal = masculine

what's up is a greeting  to ask how are you but not looking for any answer with heavy meaning

dude is 80's slang

dude can be used for both sexes but sometimes for a guy to say dude-ette to is a little softer.
