Problem at school......?

Okay this is quite a long story so I’ll start from the beginning.

I am 14 and I’m in year 10. A few days ago a girl in my class asked me if I wanted to see a picture of her cat so I said yes. Turns out the picture she showed me on her phone was a close up pic of a mans p***s. I was surprised as you would be. I told a few people including my mum about the picture. The next day I found out that my mum had told the teachers at school about the girl's pic. (I had NO idea what so ever that my mum was going to tell the teachers as she did it behind my back). Please note that I definitely did not want this girl to get in trouble and I did not think the pic eas that much of a big deal. Now this girl has been stood down/suspended. Everyone in my class thinks it was me who told on her so now most of my class are pissed off with me. They are talking behind my back, swearing at me or just ignoring me. I told the girl, that it was not me who told on her but she doesn’t believe me. She is also one of the 'cool' people in my class so people are tending to take her side. I have been told that this is my fault as I should'nt have told anyone about it but still you can't change the past. I have no idea what to do to improve the situation please help!

  1. seems like you are very nosy telling your mom things

I never tell her antyhing that happenes in school

so lemme guess if their was a fight in school or somthing or you dont talk to a friend anymore youd tell her?

    thats sad dont be nosy!

  2. I don't think there is much you can do.

Just hold your head high, and ignore them.

    You still have friends right?

    Concentrate on them.

And soon enough the next thing to gossip about

or the next 'shocking' thing to happen will occur

    & you'll be forgotten.
