Problem downloading Spybots S&D 1.6?

Question

I get this pop up that says there's an error saying it fails to activate the security center integration( sdwinsec.exe) and that it requires elevation. How to fix this please.

I THINK they want you to pay for it. It is for automatic real time scanning rather then you having to manually scan your computer.
