Problem error 100

Question

my photocopier ir1018 is blinking and showing error100
please i like kindly requesting you to solve that problem i have told you.

when that problem come, i have used a blower to clear for the dust only,
at the same time i have blucked the photocopier, i got error100
what is the solution of that problem
