Problem for 1 leg stronger?

what problems will it cause if one leg is stronger than the other? any seious ones?

I was lifting weights and my left leg is mor sore than my right and my left was stronger to start with, so now its gunna get even stronger..i guess i wasnt using them the same. thanks

  1. Unless you're repping 10 times more than the other one, you should be fine... The body normally regulates things like these overtime.


  2. It could potentially lead to a slip or a pulled hamstring or quadricep, but unless it's strikingly obvious the difference, you shouldn't have a problem.
