Please give appropriate answers in details all about it and please don't repeat the same common solution as said by others. This will not help me get my US visa.

I'm facing big problem now I have to leave to US within this 3 months my classes starts on 28 jan 2008.

I'm an Indian I went to Chennai for applying for US visa for F1 Visa, I got Bachelors admisson in San Francisco....The first time I got rejected was on April 30th and the second time was August 10th and now the third time on August 20th I didn't even enter for councouling and that fellow said that since I was rejected twice I should not apply under where candidates apply for the first time or second time and told me to comeback after 6 months! (he noticed I had 2 yellow stickers on my passport)

- Now what should I do?

- how can I apply again freshly?

- when I'm considered as fresh candidate?

  1. After reading your posts I would highly suggest that you find a good immigration attorney.  These people are professional and they know the ins and outs of how everything works legally within the immigration laws. Find you an attorney and you will be so glad you didl

  2. Dont ever to think to apply, you will not get it, better you should apply for Bangladesh or Nepal

  3. You are asking a question and then telling people how to answer because you do not like the answers, but that is the reality of the situation.  Do not re-apply for at least 6-months, and then only if  your circumstances have changed sufficiently to make you a more promising visa candidate.  Otherwise, you are just wasting your time and money and adding to your history of visa denials.
