Problem in Switched Lan Network?

Question

I have a nework of 20 computer and now i m adding a new computer but when i connecting the wire to switch all the ports light start blinking continously but when i connect the other end to the laptop it's showing cable unplugged and and on swicth all the ports start blinking normally but that ports light is not on in which i connecting the new computer.

Try with some other patch cable.. and  restart the switch, and try disabling and then enable the lan connection..

thats a trunk port, its reserve port for another switch/router..

u can not use it for sys..

The cable is probably damaged.
