i can run fast but wen am in a race i neva run as fast as i do at practice is it a prob??

  1. try pacing yourself better and dont overkill the warm up.

    mayb try eating a powerbar during the day of the race


  2. Lack of confidence, Nervous breakdown, concentrating to win instead of remembering your techniques and form that you practiced in training.

    Trying blocking out everything and concentrate on your event and don't worry about the other athletes trying to intimidate you (if they are, I know most try to).
