Problem launching Yahoo Music Jukebox: PX.dll not found.?

Question

Just signed up for Y! Music Unlimited and am trying to install music Jukebox to access it. Am running on Vista 64 Ultimate (2G Ram), AMD 4200 dual core.

The full text of the error is:

The application has failed to start because PX.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Have tried re-install several times (including logged in as administrator). Anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it? I can't find PX.dll anywhere on my computer and an internet search is inconclusive.
