Problem login in Reliancemoney.com. HELP PLEASE?

Hi friends, everytime try to login to my reliancemoney stock trading account and mail in reliancemoney, I get logged out automatically with a message on the screen "your session has expired, please login again". I talked to the reliancemoney customer executives they say that I need to talk to my Internet Service Provider. For ur info, when I acces my reliancemoney account through my campus wifi or even with my GPRS (mobile), everything seems to be ok (no signouts). this problem happens when I use 128 kbps Spidigo cable connection. this connection is provided by a local serivce provider and not directly from ISP. system tray display icon of LAN with 100mbps speed. I talked to internet personnels, they haven't seen this prob before.

I have to use username and password to access my internet whose IP is 192.168.16.1

Is there any prob with my ISP or some thing else. I have heard that this serice of IP(192.168.xx.xx) causes problems of timeout in secures pages. please help solve this prob
