Dear Sirs,I got a Windows XP Professional installed on my computer a few days back through one of my associates ( who is not available at present) and my computer started working perfectly all right. However, while typing the text when I tried to use Encarta Dictionary or Translation Device by downloading the same on the internet, the warning appeared "This window is not genuine and that I may be a victim of software counterfeiting and ultimately I was unable to download such types of softwares etc. A star like Icon has got fixed on the right side corner of the Start bar of my computer. Every time at the time of start and shutting down the computer warning is contituously appearing. Thus I mailed the request to get help from your goodself in this regard to solve this problem and oblige. Instead of receiving any concrete solution to solve my problem, the same prototype message is being received in response to my description. So long as the the star like icon on the right side corner of the "strat " strip of my computer, is removed and I am enabled to down the Encarta translation or any other updates etc., I will not be able to send my comments as advised. Regards. rcsharda_44@yahoo
