Good day! I still encounter the problem wherein the whole page of the copy is black. I have already change the drum and drum blade. I inspect the primary because i change the screen but still the copy is black. There is a soot or toner on the primary. Is there a possible problem in these part that causes it to produce a copy that is whole black? We tried to change the primary but the new primary causes a dark spots on the copy. I hope you could help me again. I have already ask a technician to overhaul it but still the problem remains.
