Problem printing MS access report on SEP 350PLUS...

hello

i have SRP 350plus printer, and when i try to print a report (recipt) i get an error message that says that the page size bigger then 22.75'' and that it can't be printed.
i tried to print reports smaller then 2'' and still i get the same message.
can u help me plz?
