  1. you should take legal actions about it don't just let do those nasty things to you he is a teacher and he should respect you and himself think about it maybe next time he would do more than touching you..ask for help parents or friends stay safe...

  2. Like someone said up there, ask one of your teachers that you trust completly that knows him very well.

If he keeps doing it, you're gonna have to speak with the principle. He's a teacher..they teach. not touch you. That is completly unnecessary. He doesn't have the right to do that to you. It's called personal space and RESPECT.

You have a right to tell the principle but before you do, make sure you ask an adult you trust before or you might have it totally wrong.

  3. Before going to the principal, is there another adult you can talk to in your building?  Like a trusted teacher or a counselor?  You could ruin this guy's career by your MAYBE erroneous perception of his attention.  Be careful around him, and don't pass him as to where you are close enough for hm to try to move you along.  But do talk to someone who knows you and him before you do anything that you can't take back.

  4. I'm less concerned with the staring than I am with the touching.  I know that some people just naturally touch other people more easily than others (I had a boss for a couple of years who constantly squeezed or rubbed my shoulder, which drove me crazy!), but a teacher should not be touching a student's lower back regularly.  If you are comfortable saying this, you could tell him, "I'm sorry, but I am not comfortable being touched there."  If not, you need to talk to your counselor or to the principal, depending on the size of your school.  I wouldn't start talking to other teachers about it - that becomes gossip, and  since it is likely that other teachers aren't comfortable reporting their colleagues, could cause more problems than it would fix.

  5. Ask him not to do it.  If he continues, report it.

  6. contact the principal before it leads to something else!!!!!!!  or at least leave an anoymyous note
