Problem resetting Biometric fingerprint scanner...

Hello, I bought this Sony Vaio thru thr internet, works great, but the previous owner did not reset the Biometric fingerprint scanner. I have uninstalled the driver for the device and reinstalled it with no sucess, can someone please help? Thanks in advance. God Bless.
