Problem searching the internet?

Question

all of a sudden, whenever i do a search, if i click on a result it opens a new window for some random search site, and i cannot use the link. i have this problem with all search sites including yahoo.

restart your computer into Safe Mode and run your anti-virus and spy ware software...
