Problem to join in my yahoo groub?

I need help as a Yahoo Groups moderator, ist true to accept any one as member in yahoo group , need to yahoo id ???

because i try with a many of hotmail account to join but it failed

are you saying you're trying to approve someone via sending the approval though e-mail? not sure if that's possible without an ID however I do know any e-mail commands such as unsubscribing, and approval of posts and memberships are faulty and have been for a while
